A few weeks ago I traveled to Galway and the Cliffs of Moher with the Intercultural Society from my school here in Ireland. It was a great trip with some great people. When we arrived in Galway we walked around the city and visited the Museum of Galway that shared the history of the city. Right beside the museum was the Spanish Arch, which is really just a normal arch but was made by the spaniards, which I found pretty funny.
Then we walked over to the Cathedral in Galway which was stunning. Each cathedral makes me feel the importance of religion here in Europe.
The next day we went to the Aillwee Caves. They were super cool and dark so my pictures aren't fantastic but check them out.
After the caves we went to one of the seven wonders of the world...The Cliffs of Moher. I loved them so much. It was incredibly windy but we got lucky and had some sun and I am planning to go back.
On the way back we stopped at this castle to take a few pictures and see the area. I can't get over how green this country is.
